The 2023 Changsha International Construction Equipment Exhibition was held from May 12th to May 15th at the Changsha Convention and Exhibition Center. Major exhibitors showcased their latest engineering machinery and component products, with a bustling and endless stream of visitors on site.

3. The maturity of the three electric technologies mentioned below has increased and costs have decreased:
3.1. The electromagnetic energy density has doubled in the past decade, and the price of lithium carbonate batteries has decreased.
3.2. The permanent magnet synchronous motor industry chain has been improved, the technology is mature, and the price has decreased.
3.3. The electronic control and electric drive technology industry chain has been improved, and the technology and price have competitive advantages.
At the exhibition, Liu Gong held a press conference, stating that he had launched a full range of electric engineering machinery products, including loaders, excavators, etc.
Aerial work vehicles are still popular at exhibitions
Various specifications of boom and scissor type aerial work vehicles can be seen everywhere, with both hydraulic and electric drives appearing simultaneously, and boom type aerial work vehicles taking the lead.
Although GRH did not participate in this exhibition, the electric drive power units and orbit motors used in hydraulic drive produced by GRH can be seen everywhere in the products exhibited at major high-altitude work vehicle exhibitions, indicating GRH's market share in aerial work vehicles.
Major component exhibitors pay more attention to integrated electro-hydraulic products
After electrification, hydraulic pressure still has obvious advantages, mainly because of its high power density. The hydraulic power density is 4-5 times higher than that of electricity. So the combination of motor and hydraulic is the best combination that can be seen in the future.
