Causes and solutions for malfunction or insufficient pressure of hydraulic system

Reason 1: The motor wire is connected reversely. Solution: Change the motor wire
Reason 2: The motor power is insufficient and the speed is not high enough. Solution: Check the voltage and current
Fault two: hydraulic pump
Reason 1: Pump inlet and outlet ports are connected reversely. Remedy: Change the positions of suction and pressure pipes
Reason 2: The axial and radial clearance of the pump is too large. Remedy: Check and repair the hydraulic pump
Reason 3: The pump body defect causes the high and low pressure chambers to communicate. Solution: Replace the hydraulic pump
Reason 4: Poor contact between the vane pump blade and the inner surface of the stator Remedy: repair the blade and repair the inner surface of the stator
Reason 5: The plunger of the plunger pump is stuck. Remedy: Check and repair the plunger pump
Fault three: control valve
Reason 1: The main spool of the pressure valve or the poppet spool is stuck in the opening position. Solution: Check and repair the pressure valve to make the spool move flexibly
Reason 2: The pressure valve spring is broken or permanently deformed. Solution: Replace the spring
Reason 3: A valve leaks so severely that the high and low pressure oil circuits are connected. Solution: Check the valve and replace the damaged seal
Reason 4: The orifice of the control valve is blocked. Remedy: clean and dredge the orifice
Reason 5: The oil port of the control valve is connected reversely or incorrectly. Solution: Check and correct the wrong pipeline
Failure four: hydraulic oil
Reason 1: The viscosity is too high, and the oil cannot be sucked in or insufficient. Remedy: Use hydraulic oil of the specified viscosity
Reason 2: The viscosity is too low and there is too much leakage. Remedy: Use hydraulic oil with a specified viscosity
